The wrought iron grates were designed as "windows" for light and air flow. They work to tie house and fence together…picking up the wrought iron features of the Tudor architecture.
West Seattle Remodel
So many times we are called in to solve troublesome issues around traffic flow… after the remodel has been finished. Not the perfect scenario, but it does force one to be more creative!

Montlake
Client called in tears when an expensive new landscape design was installed and 'turned bad' because of poor plant choice for the location, improper soil prep and no drainage work. Because it is a low lying wet site, all new site appropriate plantings were installed and are now flourishing.
